This is one of those times when I'd really like to have an opportunity to testfly the product I'm reviewing. I'm not actually reviewing the product here, but the site. This site offers several machines designed to compete with the Sybian, and in fact they offer a feature by feature comparison with the Sybian. Read the return policies carefully, as these are big dollar purchases for most people, although cheaper than the Sybian. Ordering is by secure shopping cart, email, snailmail, and a phone number is listed on their contacts page. Payment is via credit cards, cashier's check, or money order. If all is as billed, looks like a good deal. -- Peter
